Most of our interaction was with Rene. This is the second sale Rene handled for us. Our family has relocated and bought and sold 14 homes over the last 40 years. As a result, we have learned the value of seeking truly qualified agents from those previous sales and Rene is the kind of pro you can rely on. She was involved in every step and was pivotal in negotiating the best offers or counters. She is quite capable of handling those tougher situations and showed tenacity representing us. She is a gem; we can't imagine not using Rene or recommending her.

This was a bit of a complicated deal. First off I was selling a property that was in a trust and beneficiaries of the trust were 1100 miles away. So, special handling was necessary. Renee knew exactly what to do, in what order, and who to contact to get the deal done. Renee had to do some conferencing with County Clerk, Title Company, educate buyers agent and buyer as to necessary procedures and timeline. She did a great job. Because she was so knowledgeable and professional everything went smoothly. Great Job. Very relieved.

I was sure that Renée and George was a good choice to sell my house, which my wife and I loved, for top dollar. I knew that they were both full-time and experienced Realtors.
